Ricardo Passaporte

Ricardo Passaportes painting from 2020 has the same name as our exhibition - Rebirth of Venus. This golden silhouette, which is graceful, dematerialized and immortalized forever in its static form, acts like a statue in front of a white void, which was made from quickly applied broad brushes.

This exhibition seeks to rediscover Venus: ideological and contemporary. As the title suggests, this show aims to encourage a philosophical discussion: is it possible to talk of a rebirth of Venus?
