There are 12 paintings in the Stoned Love series. Made in Tanya's first studio in Floral Street, Covent Garden. They are amongst the first oil on canvas works that she made. In the series the painted line is set against a base background of off-white decorators adhesive, a material that Ling had hitherto only used in the production of her sculptures.
